Default squealing noise when car is rolling

Ok guys I know there are a million threads about this issue but most are directed at break pads.

Here's the thing... A few days ago after a hard days work i decided to take my Z to an open parking lot and practice some clutch drifting hoping it would bring a smile to my face. Which it did. But on the way home i noticed (i'm guessing the front drivers side wheel) kept making a squealing noise. This is not the normal break pad squeal ...its more like a metal on metal squeal. I stopped and check out all wheels, calipers and breaks and nothing seems to be off. Looking at the calipers it doesn't seem like there's anything scoring it.

Here's the weird part... It always stops when i take a right turn but comes right back when i straighten the car. Also its not a consistent squeal. It'll go off for a couple seconds but would come back on for another 2 and then go back off. But when i cruise to a stop it's pretty consistent. Stepping on the breaks doesn't make it worse or better. Any idea what it could be or ways to troubleshoot?

Break still works perfectly. It doesn't feel like there is any drag either. I inspected it with the car jacked up and there's no tires when i spin the wheels by hand. Strange thing is that this morning the noise seems to be a little better... I doubt its the pads cause if it was i'd probably noticed it when breaking.
