Default Sqeaking from BBK Caliper?

I have a wilwood 6 piston BBK kit and I noticed getting squeaking from my brakes during these conditions:

Stopped
Warm rotors/pads/calipers
Depressing brakes and releasing brakes
With or without vacuum (car on or off)

Has anyone else had these issues?

I am running a DOT3 fluid (ENDLESS600), flexible SS lines, racepad material.

Thanks,

Raj

racepad material. They arent meant for a place where people would care if they squeeked. A street pad is for the street, a race pad is for the track.

No energy is created nor destroyed, only transfered. The kinetic energy of your car has to be transfered to some of other energy though your brakes. Usually in the form of heat, but sometimes vibration, and noice instead of heat.

its when I'm stopped. Obviously race pads will squeak when moving.

haha nice. So you have this on your bbk? I was wondering if its squeaking cause the caliper is flexing. Wilwood 6 piston calipers are monoblock aluminum like brembo so I was waiting for feedback from similar calipers. The only other thing I can think of is the mounting bracket flexing from uneven pad wear. I know my stock pads wore mroe on the inside than on the outside cause they were the sliding type.

Well I don't know what wilwood kit you actually have but...... the top edge on my pad needs to be filed from time to time. It overhangs the rotor and causes squeal, I just file it when I swap my streets pads back on.
