Default What do you guys think of this kit?

Anyone know anything about the quality. I just have a base Z with stock brakes and this looks like a sweet deal.

thats a pretty average price actually.

I mean, seriously i have a set of slotted and drilled rotors from ebay on mine, about this price.. and they have lasted 4 eyars w hard street daily driving and rush hour traffic in 115 degree weather.

Its a crap shoot, but my point is at 300 bucks, the pads may kind of suck, but in my opinion, i spend normal to low cash on wear items i know i will upgrade later..
like im not going to spend 1k on stock sized brakes.. i will deal w that when i buy an Akebon big brake kit next year.. just something to think about.

You WILL get alot of " you get what you pay for" post, but it looks like one pic has his shop name.. look em up, see if they are reputable etc.
The economy sucks.. some guys that have machine shops make good stuff. theyre just tryin to eat too.

It is project Mu? Prob not, but it doesnt mean they are crap either.. just do some research.

There's a vendor here that offers $190 for all four rotors and the brake pads can be bought for anywhere from $100-$400 (for four) depending on how much and what you need them to do.

Just buy blanks, drilled and slotted will do nothing good for you.
