Default alignment help

ok so im a newb in this so bare with me, the inner part of the tires are being eaten from a worn bushing but im not sure which one it is, ive read about the toe-in and im guessing its something to do with that (please correct me if im wrong) that they have several types, my question is that if it is the inner walls of the tires wearing out first is it the upper inner or lower inner bushing?

im looking at the white line brand in this website

Could be any of the bushings, you have to look to find out.
