The G35 springs and/or Eibach coilover spring pads are exactly what you originally asked for (1/2" or 1" increase).

Maybe try looking on G35Driver.com for someone selling springs. Did you want to buy them or just borrow? If someone did not want to sell just the rear springs, maybe you could rent them.
