Default Poor welding on Ichiba camber arms

Has anybody noticed their Ichiba camber arms to have bad welds?
It looks like the penetration is not good, and there is splatter like the material wasnt clean?

I think its kinda common with most of the cost efficent camber arms. For example, I remember reading somewhere that the Megan's are decently designed but not welded well, and saw the Fontana Nissan Race/Time Attack team using them after they re-welded them.
