Default pulling to the right

My car has been pulling to the right ever since i bough it less than a year. (steering centered)
I had the alignment done thinking off alignment could cause the pull. Got it done at Big O Tires couple months ago but still pulled to the right.
Couple weeks ago, got the SPl compression arm bushings because people were saying worn bushing can cause the pull. After installaion, got the alignment done at West End from Daren. It still pulled to the right. So i told him about it. He said the car SHOULD be pulling to the left if it ever pulls cause of the left caster being something (forgot what he exactly said). I have SPC a arm and stance gr+. What the heck is wrong with me car? Normally, i wouldn't mind pulling to the right that much but because i start autoxing, where there's hard cornering left and right, let say, i don't want the car to have trouble turning to one side than other.
Just throw out some opinions on what the problem might be.
thanks.

Swap the tires from side to side and see if the pull moves with the tires.

Not that i know of. the carfax didn't say anything and it was clean when i bought it. The front bumper seems to be repainted cause the color doesn't perfectly match with the hood.
I don't have the alignment sheet for the current set up. Darren at West End does the alignment by hand and just told me what the specs are. All i know is that the
front camber L: ~-1.7 R: ~-1.7
Front toe both L and R around 1/32" toe in...not sure.
Rear camber L: ~-1.5 R: ~-1.5
Same toe as the front.

I have the alignment sheet from Big O tires though. it was done like 2 months before I went to West end. At the time, i didn't have the SPL compression arm bushig and suspension work.
Camber front L: -1.0 R: -1.3
Toe front L: .03 R: .04
SAI L: 5.1 degree R: 5.4 degree
Camber rear L: -1.5 R: -1.7
Toe L: .10 R: .09
The caster ON the SPC a arm wasn't set at 0 at that time (the little plate with the notches to adjust caster) Darren moved that plate thing to set the caster ON SPC a arms to be 0.

IF your tires are all used up, it can cause pulling.. Either that or your coils are not set to full balance.
