HKS Hypermax III Coilvers +
so i am making a mod list, since im bored out of my mind, New England weather sucks. So i was looking at these coil-overs, but I know also heard that you would need other parts such as toe arms, and chamber arms. So i would like to know what you guys think about these coil-overs, and if you can suggest the other components that would be needed, with good company's? thanks.

I have used HKS Hipermax II coilovers on another Nissan. They are simply the best coilovers I have ever owned. I have also used Bilsteins, A'PEXi, and Stance for a brief period of time. HKS coilovers are known for having comfortable damping with their monotube designs. By comfortable, I don't mean stock like comfort, but the best among other competition grade coilovers. I can only imagine the Hipermax III being even better in both ride quality and performance.
Whether you need adjustable suspension arms depends on how much you lower your car. You do NOT really need adjustable arms. It all depends on how much negative camber and toe you can comfortably tolerate. Personally, I have used adjustable arms to INCREASE NEGATIVE camber for my own driving style on the track. Although I don't recommend daily driving your Z with deliberate increased negative camber, I believe one can enjoy the increased in performance from the negative camber induced from lowering the vehicle.
Increased rear toe adjustment is something I would recommend. Toe is really what accelerate tire wear. For the front, you can adjust toe to whatever you like regardless of how low you go.
Although not much company makes it for the Z at this point, roll center adjusters are something you should get if you have the cash to spend.
Just get the coilovers first. Worry about arms later. Once in a while we see people selling brand new or low mileage adjustable suspension arms on Craigslist and on the internet. Many sellers realize that they don't need the arms for the alignment settings they are looking to achieve.
If you decide that you want to buy arms, I'd say SPL is your best bet. The chrome matches the HKS coilovers really well. That and the spherical bushings are my favorites. Suspension movement and rotation are unsurpassed by either rubber or urethane.

I wrote a review on them a while back. Do a search for it.
They are awesome coilovers. I couldn't be happier.
If your going to lower the car a lot, then you will need camber arms and toe bolts for the rear, and ideally a camber arm for the front.
