Default anybody having hard time taking bolts out?

trying to change coilovers and bolt wouldn't come out because it was stuck to the metal and bushing was kept turning over. ended up cutting the bolt and the metal part was stuck on other part so we had to drill it out. anybody having same issue?

Happens sometimes. Bolts sieze, it has happened to me on hundreds of cars. Heat helps but be careful around bushings, they like to light on fire.

I think I just had a similiar problem changing suspension springs. Bolt so tight it appeared to be fused to a small peice of metal along the side of the shock. Try some PB blaster, that's what I used.

After I threaded some of the outer part of the bolt, that is. Putting a different bolt on.

Cliff notes:

-A bolt wouldn't come out because it was stuck to metal.
-Cut the bolt and metal part that was stuck to another part.
-Drilled something.

did you try jacking up the part you were trying to take the bolt out of? That always works for me...
