that picture shown shows the rear springs, NOT the fronts. Nothing is said by the author that changes how he says the front nismo's are Linear and the rears are progressive. The comments I posted were aimed at his saying the STOCK front springs were progressive, the issue of how he says the front nismo springs are linear remains. I had previously heard that all 4 nismo springs were progressive. But hearing a actual owner of the setup say. "The new NISMO springs are now linear fronts and progressive rears. I think that having the linear spring in front now in which the spring rate never varies changes EVERYTHING in the way the car reacts to various impacts in the road surface." Kinda over rides what I was told before that point. I would never argue with someone that actually owns said parts. Of course what we don't have is a picture of the front nismo springs on his car
Yea it is confusing. I am 99% sure the stock springs are all linear. I thought the NISMO springs are all progressive as are the Eibachs but I might be wrong. Anybody with the S-Tune please let us know for sure.

This set up is just too good for words. You gotta drive it to know how comfortable my car is NOW on freeways and how well they handle in the twistties!

First of all, driving down on hwy 405 and hwy 5, I usually have those annoying freeway bounces that shake my and my passengers brains out. With the S-tuned installed, the bounce is virtually eliminated! Of course I still feel the flaws of the road but they are not annoying at all! This is normal with cars with stiffer suspension.

And the anti-sway bars have reduced the body roll to almost non-existent. My Z drives as if it’s on rails! (Of course my SO3’s help too.)

Well… I hope I was able to give you a little bit of an idea. But I would recommend you find someone with S-Tuned suspension and ride in his car. You’ll *feel* what I am talking about. If you are anywhere near L.A. CA, I'd offer you a ride. I'm a total advocate of NISMO S-Tuned Suspension now!

And also, when you get it, get it installed at PERFORMANCE NISSAN!! Talk to Jeff, Jason or Jenny. Their service is simply amazing!

Agreed. I didn't really notice the bounce until after the S-Tune was installed last week (been driving a SUV for so long before my Z that I had no idea LOL). Only difference is I installed the Cusco sways with my S-Tune. Have to say it's 100% better ride.

Interesting that the new Sport Z magazine says "No" in the interview after the NISMO testing.

The only reason why it says no VDC cars is because they tested on a NON VDC car and were not sure of how it would effect VDC...

We have found, it does not effect it.

Now they recomend installing the says too. but, you dont need to...

I hav the NISMO WHEELS on my car with VDC... no difference....
