Default Bushing help

I need to change my bushings. I'm looking to do all of them. Y not right? And I was wondering if I should go with whiteline or energy suspension? I don't track my z enough to spend the money on spl. I've heard good and bad things about whiteline. Any advice would help. Thanks

Ive done both installs...go with whiteline. energy is ok for SOME but for like the compression rod - dont go cheap...especially if your lowered (even 1 inch).. SPL for the compression rod and whiteline - everything else.

I was originally gonna do just the front lower control arm inner and outter bushings, compression rod and the shock abosorber bushing. But seeing hOw much the complete kit from energy got me thinking. Would I be fine with just doing what I originally planned? Or should I do all of them.

If your not tracking i would just go with energy suspension. If you do track it, do the SPL and whiteline combo as mentioned above. Thats my opinion for what its worth.

Really the ONLY thing I didnt like about energy compression rod bushing is there is NO play like the SPL.. it was REALLY hard to arm back to where it bolts up to knuckle...

but really - they are solid...I liked the LCA inner and outer... those were cake and very easy to install..

Be aware that the crap they give you (the grease) will get EVERYWHERE...lol

But if your not installing them - DO IT..

I trust Terrasmak - I mean his sig says it all..
