Default Akebono Nissan 350Z question

I have looked through the forums and I cant find any information on helping me out, so if anyone knows just let me know. I am new to my350z, I just bought a 03 350z two weeks ago I am doing small things here and there. (I Will be posting photos). Large plans are wheels, suspension, camber/toe and brakes. At the moment I have the 17 inch alloy wheels on the enthusiast model. I want to know if the Akebono Nissan 350Z kit, I found at

http://www.czp.us/cart/description.p...146.145.26.122

I looked at the fitment diagram, but I dont know if the 14 inch brakes will be OK with the stock rims for now. if anyone has any information just let me know of a forum to direct me to would be great, Thanks !

They'll definitely won't fit... Here's what they look like behind 18's:

I had to trim the outside to fit my LM's but they fit perfectly in my Enkei RPF1's

Agree. Photo above of Akebono calliper with 19 inch wheel. 19 to 17 inches will DECREASE radius 1 inch. No way is there 1 inch to spare between calliper and inside of wheel.

Akebonos did not clear my 19" Volk SF challenges. Granted, most 19" wheels seem to clear. They are massive calipers. I had to get 5mm wheel spacers.

His problem is going to be that the calipers wont fit the inner barrel of the wheels and I needed a 3mm spacer to clear my VSXX's 19x9.5 +15 R-Disk.

Indeed, I know what you mean, just throwing my experience out there.
