Default Camber Kits

After searching and doing some research I've decided to get the TEIN S Tech springs. I talked to my girlfriends stepdad who is a Nissan master tech and he said even though they will only drop the car 0.6-0.7" I should look into getting a camber kit since the stock tire wear is already pretty uneven on the Zs (I have an 03') and it will just get worse the lower I go.

My question is what is a cheap camber kit that will do the trick? I know nothing about camber kits so any help would be appreciated. He said they should run about $200 for the front and $50 for the back. Does that sound about right for an entry level kit?

Thanks

He's way off on price! Cheap fronts are close to 300, and for the rear, about the cheapest you can get are still close to 200. Check out Ichiba, or Megan Racing...fairly decent price. I have Stillen rear camber arms and they were close to $400. Im a firm beleiver in getting what you pay for.

$500 for a cheap camber kit?????? what in the world! I'm all for quality parts and respectable manufactures but that's a lot of money for something "optional".

So what happens if I go with a no-name brand such as this one: http://www.amazon.com/NISSAN-350Z-fr...7450092&sr=8-4 Will I simply run the risk of my camber going too negative?

Also, what's this product? http://www.autoaccessoriesgarage.com...ent-Camber-Kit

Thanks for the help, make me understand why I should spend that much money on a camber kit lol

Honestly for such a small drop, A front camber arms kit would be a waste of money. Just keep your toe in spec and you should be fine. As for the rear, Ichiba, or spc would be your best bet, as they come with toe bolts as well. Cause cheaper than that, like godspeed and other generic ebay brands, you get really poopie bearings that go out in a month.. (ask me how i know)....

Gotcha, I thought as much. I don't know if $400 is worth getting a little more life out of my tires....idk

Also, would I need to buy something to keep the front toe in spec or just an alignment?

Thanks

Do it right the first time IMO. Even with a mild drop.

Just get a set of SPC rear arms with toe bolts you will be fine. The front camber will end up being out of spec (spec is not enough camber) for better handling anyhow (-1.2 to -1.8 is perfectly acceptable) and willnot have much more wear over stcok settings.

No front toe kit is needed (or available), just install your springs, do the rear camber arms and toe bolts, gett he car aligned.

yea, they're all right...unless you go super low, there really isn't much need. The front is not adjustable, and on the rear, as long as the toe is in spec you can get away with a little negative camber and still not chew through the tires. Toe that's outta wack along with negative camber will kill tires in a few thousand miles!

Alright. Is this what I'm looking for for the rear arms and toe bolts?

Thanks!
