Default How I do pre-load in the rear?

Idk how to do pre-load on rear independent suspension setup. My shops won't help me bec they dont wanna do it so Im gotta do it. Can someone give me details how to?

you can only alter preload on the spring if you have coilovers or adjustable height collars on your rear springs (ala SPL midlink). How to do it? Simple - thread the collar to compress the spring more = preload

a question might be if you don't know how to do it, what makes you think you need it (or want it)?

I forgot I got bc racing coilover n there separate setup. I need to is bec they don't ride good. Is making noise while going over bump.

I just received a new set of BC coilovers today. The instructions for the rears say to adjust the spring mount the same amount as the strut to prevent poor ride quality and excess noise.
