Default New Struts and Springs Advised

I had a routine inspection done on my car about six months ago when I had my oil changed by a pretty reputable place. Anyway, they suggested new front struts and springs very soon. And advised the same for the rear. I haven't had any issues to notice... I live on a gravel road, which I drive slowly and carefully over to avoid bumps, etc. Anyway, any advise on all of this is much appreciated... I'm always skeptical if they're just trying to get me to spend $3k for no damn reason. Car is an 05 6spd Touring, 75k miles.

75,000 miles is about the right time to replace dampers. Springs last forever.

Yea, you should be fine on springs. Depending on how you drive your Z (autox, track, daily) you could check into Tokico Blues or DSpecs(cheap, will get the job done), Konis (best option), and Bilsteins.
