Firestone's Lifetime Alignment
 

Did a search and came across one thread regarding this, but it was about an 03 w/ tire feathering issues. Plus it was an incredibly old thread.


I just want to know, how many of you guys have this with Firestone? I'm hearing a whole mix of opinions with regards to their service/friendliness/honesty.

I'm thinking about getting it because it would seriously extend the life of my expensive tires (245 front 275 rear), but I'm hesitating because I'm hearing all sorts of horror stories with these guys. Would be totally sweet to get my wheels aligned properly every 3 months.

Thoughts or comments?

It's like any other aspect of auto repair - it all depends on the people they have working there. Some places have tire monkeys that barely know what they are doing, others have trained and more importantly, experienced mechanics who will do a good job for you.
