Default I Need a Rear Cradle Measurement

i am putting a 350z rearend into a 67 camaro, and need to know factory installed height of rear cradle. so if your car is stock or lowered, i just need the height of the lower camber bolt centerline, to the ground. if you are lowered, just tell me how much and i can add it back in. thanks.
rear toe link (spring bucket one) will work just as good, just make sure to let me know which one you measured. again, bolt height on cradle, not where they bolt to rear spindle.

i do over on a protouring site. it has a twin gt35r turbos on an 2008 ls2 with viper 6 spd. adv1 19x10 and 20x13 forged monoblocks, front zr1 brakes, all new aftermarket front suspension. the 350z rear will be a great addition to the car. i am starting with a bare shell, so a long ways to go. turning the car into full frame, and am ready to get going on it, just need this one measurement! a local guy has been flaking on me for 2 weeks. hoping to start tomorrow cutting.
will keep the stock ecu and drive by wire.

that setup sounds pretty insane, if i was near my car id get those measurements for you. if you have a few mins care to educate me why the z rear is a good choice for your project?

well i built a built motor tt nitroused halteched 350z years ago. i know it will take abuse. the geometry is not real hot for straight line take off, but great in the turns. a compromise i am willing to have. with 345 rears, it will still stick good.
i have replaced all my links in the rear already with aftermarket adjustable stuff, and higher hp axles are available for it too. so for aftermarket support, upgradeability, and the handling and feel, it is a great choice over a solid rear axle.
now, the best part. the 350z rear is the easiest swap to do because everything including the sway bar is all hooked to the rear cradle. 4 bolts hold the whole rear suspension in. i deleted the rear spring buckets and am going to run coilovers, so those will just tie into the roll cage or turn it into a push rod/rocker type and lay them flat. the bolt holes are super close to my front subframe centerline, so i am making full rails and tie in the front subframe also. a 12 point cage will tie the whole thing together. can't wait!!

Just set it up with the arms level at the ride height you want. You can easily set it up for the perfect Look and rollcenter.

that would work starting from scratch, or making new upper a-arm mounts. just looking for factory installed height. my tolerances are very close. new frame will be channeled in and setting body 3" off ground at my CORRECT suspension geometry height. i do not believe nissan set the lower straight, maybe all 3 links average out to straight, but a simple measurement is all i need. looking to set the Z rear at 1.5" lower than stock to increase my camber gain since my springs will not allow much movement.

I wish i could help , i really have no idea what my car is acually dropped. It's is around 1 to 1.5 inch to level the arms. The spring bucket arm and toe arm are level about that point, that would be the CORRECT height for the subframe you are using. All you have to do is mount it at its corresponding location in your chassis.

Something as serious as yoru building, i would swap to the G37/370Z subframe and also mod the pickup points a bit.

i already have every last piece i need to install it, minus this one measurement. not moddifying it at all. i loved the way the Z handled, thats a big reason i chose this rear outside of corvette, cobra, viper, custom made, etc. i know what it can do just as it sits.

I just measured my '08 touring coupe at 10 5/8" with a quarter tank of gas. Here's a picture.
