Default nut on rear sway bar bracket stuck

Ok, so a long time ago i was going to remove my rear sway bar to do some work under the car. I started undoing the nuts on the clamps at the chassis and 1 of them got stuck. The nut is backed about halfway off and when i try to turn it the bolt from the chassis just turns.

My thought was to just cut it off but now that i'm looking at it, i don't see any access holes to put a new bolt from the inside of the chassis to secure the sway bar bracket.

Is there a way to hold that bolt still so i can get the nut off or is there a way to replace that bolt that is inside of the chassis?

thanks

Not that I remember. I'll double check though.

Oh My Gosh, you have a problem. I have them same problem. Mine stripped also. I went to Nissan deal and they said there is no direct replacement. I had to put 2 bolts on one stud. Cause mine was stripped near the base. I got 2 bolts from the dealer with the same thread and a couple nuts. As for getting them in there I have no idea other than cutting off the bracket and having it welded back on. Good luck and let us know how you end up fixing it cause it might be in my future at some point.
