HELP .... having problems putting together my coilovers

well the spring and the shocks arent put together so if anyone knows of a thread or can tell me how they go together let me know.

megan rs coilovers

the fronts came assembled but the rears can came in three pieces ..

any help is appreciated

spring and strut are seperate in the rear...
