Default EVO A-Arm bearing replacement question

Does anyone have any information about replacing the bearings in the EVO A-Arms? One of the bearings on the body side is geting a little sloppy and I need to know whether the bearing and retainers simply press out or are held in with any bonding agent requiring heat and a pressure.

Are you talking about the sleeves pressed into the arms or the metal inserts?

If you are talking about the metal insert bushings (in plastic bowl)...they just pop right out.

Also, you are going to have to get the parts made. 350evo has been out of business for a while now, and you aren't going to find replacement parts on the shelf I wouldn't think.

The metal sleeves in the bowl are the stand offs that fit into the spherical bearing. The mounting bolt goes through these sleeves and allow the arm to be mounted to the chassis. The spherical bearings are held in place by two aluminum spacers/sleeves that are pressed into the arms. If you can press the spacers/sleeves out, the actual spherical bearing are in the center. The bearings were not made specifically for this application, and should be obtainable through several suppliers. Has anyone disassembled these arms, and if so, what method have they used.
