Default compression rod bushing help in san diego

I got the compression rods out, anyone local in SD willing to lend a hand with removing and pressing in the bushings would be a dream come true. Im having issues. Thanks all

thanks for the link, I just spoke with the manager at a local shop. He said they will try to remove them. Gonna charge me $90 bucks but we'll see what happens. I want the car back on the road Friday to head to OC for the Z event this weekend.

It is so simple, you should have no problem getting your parts pressed. 45 minutes tops for the LCA and compression arm. The compression arm bushings are the easiest ones of the bunch.

I dropped one of them at the shop. We'll. See how they did later today. I ended up getting a 6 ton press from harbor freight. Is that good enough?
