Default Replacing factory shocks and tie rods, do I need any other parts?

I am about to order replacement shocks and tie rods (inner and outer). I haven't decided yet which shocks to get and if I want to spend the money on Bilsteins or go cheap with the Monroes or HP Blues (probably HPs if I go cheap though).

This will be for a 2004 350z Touring with everything stock. My main question is whether or not I need any extra parts that I am not aware of. Do I need those shock/strut mount kits or any other hardware besides the actual pieces I listed? Are those shock/mount kits universal?
