Default Fortune Auto 500 Coilover Generation-4 Question

I'm thinking about getting some of the new generation 4 fortune auto 500 series coilovers and i need some help deciding if I want them or not. I want to know if the fronts come with camber plates. And What spring rates would be good for daily driving with a couple track days a year. Any input is greatly appreciated.

i ordered these a week ago. i should get them soon.

camber plates are not needed on the 350z. you need your self a new set of adjustable upper arms to adjust camber.

i went with 8k/10k since mine is a dd right now.

These are definitely of higher quality than those brands, this company sends you a dyno sheet to prove that the coilovers are matched evenly, and these are made to your custom order, not just sitting around on some shelf like the cheap brands that are mass produced.

They maybe assembled in Virginia, but I'm pretty sure all the parts are the standard Taiwain/China stuff stance, bc, etc use.

+1 Although being assembled in Virginia means they should service them in virginia which would be awesome in regards to turn around time when getting them serviced cause we all know at some point they'll need servicing!

Truechoice (Koni) is in KY and it took them 8 weeks to rebuild the Koni's I had last year. Moton is in TX and I had my shocks back in a week. Location doesn't have much to do with it (unless you have to go international).

I believe the shocks are manufactured in Taiwan, however I don't know if they come out of the same facility as those other brands. I like the fact that they can be rebuilt in the United States though, and that they can valve them pretty much how you like.

I'm thinkin these are gonna be a good choice, I just need to decide on a spring rate. I still don't know if I wanna go 8k/6k or 9k/7k. Any suggestions ?

And they definitely aren't the same as megan. Megans are notorious for blowout

Are they actually rebuilt or replaced?

10F and 8R is the common setup running the rear in OEM location.

Thats a pretty bold statement to make considering, KWs sit on the shelf, Tein sits on the shelf, JRZs sometimes sit on the shelf, ASTs, Motons...

Its hard to tell if shocks come out of the same factory as other companies. I honestly only know of three companies with Taiwan shocks that have their own factory that makes ALL the suspension components for their coilovers (Ksport, BC, Megan)

My buddy had some Megan tracks and he hated them, seals blew and one snapped. Switched to then gen. 3 fortunes and loved them, no problems. I want reviews on the gen. 4's.
