Default BC Racing BR Coilovers Questions

BC Racing BR Coilovers OEM Style Questions 350z

1) Can you order custom spring rate of 9k/7k instead of the 10k/8k? Would you recommend it?

2) The rear springs, are they linear or progressive?

3) How much can the rear drop with the regular springs, riding on 19s with 35 series profile tires? The reason why I ask is because I know that BC makes shorter rear springs, so does the regular springs dont drop that much? I want to have the ability to cover about 1/4-1/2 of the rear tire

4) Does the kit come with instructions? What are the correct steps to preload the rear?

Thank you in advance!

1. Yes you can. Probably wouldt recommend it since you want to lower the car a lot.

2. Linear

3. My BC's I would easily get the wheel well below the rubber. Btw your tires are 35 series , not 35mm

4. Yes it comes with instructions. Preload is easy in the OEM position, just use preload to set ride height.

Yup, custom rates are available, and the springs should be linear. Listen to terrasmak.
