Default Lowering My Z Eibach Sportline...what shocks to choose though?

So, I for Xmas I have thought about treating myself to lowering my Z. I really want to go with Eibach sportline springs. I am pretty set on it, but if anyone has any opinions on them or past experience please let me know if you liked them or not.

So if I was going to get Eibach's, what shocks should I get? I hear Tokico blue's are good, but I heard of Gabriel shocks for my 350z as well, and they are pretty cheap also. keep in mind I am also on a budget.

my other question is:

There is also a Tokico lowering set that includes springs and shocks. anyone have opinions on this as well? I am also interested in everyone else's setups for lowering their Z33.
Can't wait to hear from y'all

From my understanding Tokico Blues are basically just an oem replacement.. I'd go with Koni Yellows or Tokico D-Specs.

Either one, the blue or the Tokico shock and spring kit will be great for you.

out of experience, how much lower has your car been if you used the tokico shock and spring set?

Both are good set ups. The Tokico springs won't give you the same drop as the sportlines.. So make your decision depending on how important that is to you. If you do end up goin sportlines I'd definitely go with Tokico blues over the other shocks you mentioned.

I used to have sportlines, I ran stock shocks on them for over a year and it did just fine, but tokico blue, while they are an oem replacement, will hold up better long term. OEM shocks are in fact Tokico, and look the same as blues sided by side except for color. If you do not plan on going to coilovers anytime soon I would recommend buying Tokico d-specs. D-specs have adjustable dampening so you are able to make the ride softer or stiffer.
So, If you are on a low budget, you can get away with oem shocks, slightly low budget =tokico blues, good size budget= D=specs. Good Luck, hope I helped.
