Default Cracked bushings on compression arms?

Hi guys, anyone have the problem on crack bushings on the front compression arms? (the arm pointing to the rear, (to the right in the pic)) I believe these cracked bushings are causing my Z to be unstable during hard braking condition and my caster is a little bit off at this time. I know there was a TSB on G35, but i couldnt find anything on the Z.

I called Nissan and they told me that they dont sell the bushings alone, only the whole arm ($179 retail each, ouch!) Anyone knows anywhere sell them or any possible aftermarket upgrade, like adjustable front caster arm? Thanks!!

Just found an Infiniti part # for these bushings:
54570-AC70A

Hopefully they will fit the Z, anyone knows?

While that sort of looks like the compression rod bushing, it isn't. It's the rear radius rod bushing. Nismo makes the lower innner control arm bushing, not the compression rod bushing.

I find it really hard to believe that the Z would use a different bushing at that spot. I just did the bushing install on my car 2 day's ago. So much more cost effective then the new arms.

when I installed a Noltec lower control arm bushing my friend noticed my compression arm bushing is cracked... It's not to the point where it's noticeable while driving but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

does anyone know if there's an aftermarket bushing for this? I dont think Noltec makes one.

and yes all of the 350z/G35 bushings are the same.

First time, I replaced the whole arm. Then I bought the part number 54560-RRZ30, which is the front lower transverse link bushing:

Next time my bushings tear, I'll install the nismo ones.

^- is that bushing for the lower control arm or the compression arm?? (looks like control aim)

none of the bushings on mynismo say they are for either arm...

Nissan calls it the "Transverse link" in the service manual. This image from SPL parts' website calls it the "front lower arm", and this should be the bushing that connects the front lower arm to the front crossmember.

I'd like to know the same. Has anyone used this to replace their bushings? From what I hear the bushings can be purchased by themselves for the G35 sedan but the coupe and 350Z need to have the enitre arm replaced. Any confirmation?

Very old topic but in case anyone is having this issue, I was able to use the Infiniti bushings. The hole was a bit smaller, but the shop I went to was able to shave the hole slightly to make it work.

It's been over a year since I've had this done and there has been no issues.

I got mine done at West End Alignment in Gardena, CA. I highly recommend them.
