Default Lowering Questions

I want to lower my 06 and Im thinking about using S Tech's. I dont want to slam it by any means, just a little drop so it looks better. My only goal is really for looks. Ive been looking at some other spring options as well. If I went an with Tanabe GF210's would I need any other suspension upgrades? The Z is already pretty low, for those that have these springs do you scrape a lot? When I had my Maxima lowered I would scrape all the time and I hated it. I told myself I wouldnt lower another vehicle, but I just have to. I need my car to be a daily driver. I dont want to put a ton of money into suspension upgrades because I just really dont need it...

S-Techs seem right up your alley for what you want. Minimal drop with no additional suspension mods necessary.

Thanks

Thats why I keep going back to them. Everyone keeps telling me coil overs, but I don't see the need unless you do some seriously aggressive road racing or want to slam it.

I think Ill just do the Teins.

You are obviously one of the smarter people on the site, and 100% correct.

They are a very popular set of springs for the Z, you will not be happy with them

You can do a search here in the Brake & Suspension setup for reviews and install advice and if you want to see what they look like there are several examples in this thread:
