Default Rear CamberArm Bolt HELP!

So I've been doing a big transition in my suspension over the last few days when i get the time. One of the changes is stock to SPL rear camber arms.

Here's the problem:

Of the 2 main brackets holding the rear sway on (Not the endlinks), one nut is rounded and won't come off easy, making it impossible to lower the sway bar.

Here's my question:

Since the bolt going through bushing of the rear camber arm is an eccentric bolt/washer, can it go on backwards?

I have been told yes by a friend but I wanted to ask here. The sway bar is in the way and making it impossible to put the bolt back in the right direction (facing the rear of the car). Putting it in backwards takes 2 seconds. Can they go in backwards or will that screw up something? Thanks guys.

yes it can go on backward.. nothing wrong with that

you may want to pick up the lockout washers so that the eccentrics dont slip since you can adjust camber using the arm though.

Unfortunately my car has 124k on it and i've actually had to just cut a few bolts out with a saw and replace them new. The passenger side eccentric camber arm bolt/nut/washer being one. So i was going to have to get a new eccentric bolt/nut/washer off of courtesy anyway. Should i just get the bolt and nut and then lockout washers for both sides? Where can i pick up the lockout washers?

EDIT: also, is the slip on the camber arm eccentrics really that bad? I heard the toe bolts slip pretty bad but never anything about the eccentrics.

Does anyone know if the camber arm eccentric bolts are exactly the same as the toe bolts all OEM? I'm asking because I was thinking of buying the SPL toe lockout kit and just put it into the camber arm bushings.

The same kit is used for both camber and toe just read the part description. These are sold per set so you would need to purchase quantity 2 for both chamber and toe.

^Thanks guys. You really helped me on this one.

Like I said though, i've had to saw off and hammer out a few bolts. Unfortunately my toe bolts seem to be pretty stuck in there too (I'm also putting in SPC bolts). And the subframe is almost like a cage around them. How should I get them out? I can't saw them off. Should I just take it somewhere?
