Default No Brake Pressure after Bremdo Upgrade

I just upgraded my '03 Touring brake system to the Brembo calipers and rotors along with SS Lines. I bled the system through with my Motive power bleeder like normal. Got all the air out, tightened down all the lines, no leaks, but still have very little pressure. Pretty much no pressure apart from the pedal returning instead of sticking to the floor. Master cylinder never went empty. Wondering if I should bleed again or replace the master cylinder. Thoughts/ideas?

Driving around using just your e-brake can be a little scary at times

Edit: I'm using RBF 600 fluid

How many times did you bleed them out? just once after the install with the Motiv bleeder? I'd give it one more try and tap the calipers with a rubber mallet as you are bleeding them.

Sometimes at least one cycle the old fashion way (pumping the pedal) helps after disconnecting lines, etc.. or going through two cycles one before and one after driving the car around some and actually using the brake pedal.

I'll give it a try tonight after work. Just got some more RBF in the mail today. Is it wise to recycle new brake fluid (knowing that you ran enough new fluid through that there's no more old in the lines)? Would hate to waste this stuff at $20/bottle. If a second bleeding doesn't work, I'll look into the master and slave cylinder. I just want to play with my new toys

Slave cylinder? - nothing to do with the brakes. The calipers are installed on their correct sides, right? In other words, the bleeders are at the top.

Thanks for the heads up on the slave cylinder. I did not know that. Calipers are installed correctly (almost made that mistake at the beginning of the install). I also read that I should check the master for air below the reservoir? Doing everything I can on my own before taking it over to the shop with my tail between my legs.

I reuse fluid all the time, once it is clean and just trying to get bubbles out. Pain in the *** to get air out of the ABS/stability control unit without a pressure bleeder.

Update: Got a ton of air out of the front calipers by using a rubber mallet on them while bleeding. I was amazed at how much air was trapped inside the caliper. Took it for a spin, had full pressure, bled it again, got a couple more bubbles, now they are solid as a rock. Than you all for your suggestions and help.

I want to borrow your thread if op doesn’t mind. I installed an used stoptech ST40 few wks ago with ss line and HP+ pads. Used Motive power bleeder as well and bed in the pads. The brake paddle felt softer than stock when I hit it half way down, but it does have gentle brake, after I hit the paddle harder and deeper, it bites really well. So is it normal for Stoptech BBK have soft paddle feeling at the beginning or it might have air in the caliper? I rebuilt the caliper, so there is no fluid inside, I bled it in upright position followed by the instruction but I recall I only tapped 3 times on the driver side and none at passenger side.

Edit:bled again, very few air bubbles, now feel firm
