I had Buddy Club on my S14 and didn't really care for them but then again they were used and came with the car that had been sitting for a while.

Getting mixed reviews on Tein Flex but the Mono Flex seem to be pretty decent. As for KW V2 decent reviews should just man up and get the Club Sport ha

^I also tracked a Z with Monoflex on. The car has stock swaybars on and the setup works awesome.

KW Clubsport is perfect if you're going the hit the track really often.

If I got Club Sports I would have to eat Ramen Noodles for a year...worth it lol think I'm going to go with KW V2. Get me where I want for the time being.

The Tein spring rates are what I question. 12k front and rear? Don't you want a little softer in the front compared to the rear? Or vice versa?

It depends, each driver is different and this is where the fun begins. You have to tune the car to how you drive the car. I can tell you my setup but it wont be beneficial to you because it is setup for me not you.

I run 500 fronts, 450 rears, swaybars set to soft in front medium hard in rear. My wheel rate is 237/190.

what you have to realize is that the motion ratios are diffrent for the front and back of the car.

You may have 500/500 even spring rates front to back, but its actually 237/210 acting on the wheel.

I modeled my suspension rates after the Nismo t2 springs which have been race proven. Those spring rates are 690/690 but the wheel rate is 327/290. I used this front to back bias to setup my own suspension and tune it.

TRYNrALIVEPRO has them on his car and I've road in his car quite a few times and the car feels firm and the handling feels tight and he rides on 20's. The car handles great and the ride is pretty good especially for being on 20's? Have you talked to BC about your issue? Settings possably or a bad set?.. Best of luck.

The car is at a Z specialist shop right now getting new bushings installed, I am having him do a check on the BC coils and readjusting the height. As of right now I have decided to hang on to the BC's till I save up enough money for kW Club Sport coils. I am still trying to decide which type of racing I want to do, Track or drift. Either way, these coils are designed for both.

Aight cool bro, learn as much as you can with the setup you have now than you will be able to determine what you need to adjust to bring the cars limit threshold higher and higher according to your ability. BTW most drift cars are setup with road racing suspensions because it offers higher capabilities for drifting, set your car up for one and you can use it for the other

As far as Alignment goes, I am about to schedule to take it to a shop, is there any alignment I should recommend or just try to get it as close to stock as possible?

Depends on how and where the car is driven. Canyons, track, autocross or perfectly straight city roads.

For reference.. I have Nismo S tune shocks and springs on standard set up...
not coil overs, but I SOFTENED rear springs with Eibach pro kits leaving fronts at S tune. This set up is absolutely awesome. Front is lowered .9" and rear 1.5". Car is on rails. The spring rates are around 448 front and 420 rear
