Default Bushings

Can I get some suggestions/ recommendations on which bushings I should replace and with what type, i.e. solid, urethane, etc. This is for a daily driver that gets occasionally tracked, so performance is nice, but not at the cost of my sanity.

Thanks

Whiteline polyurethane or solid if you don't mind it

Whiteline front LCA and shock mount, whiteline diff, whiteline rear shock mount.
Then you have to pick SPL or Whiteline compression arm. I like the SPL design a lot better for that bushing and the way the arms moves. Then the whiteline subframe bushings. I also think the rear traction arm bushings needs to be replaced with whiteline.

Those are really the only ones that need to be swapped, unless you have a failure.

If i were to have a Z as a DD without turning it into a track only car, that is what i would have done.

Will do, thanks so much for your advice.

Edit: Also, any chance you can prioritize those, or did you already?

I went with Whiteline everything except for my Compression Arm Bushing. I decided to go with SPL.

Diff usually blows first, do the subframe while you are at it. LCA typically fails along with the compression arm. Do those at the same time.

Also do the traction arm with the front arms since it will need alignment after.
