coilover bottom mount nut
2day i installed my bc coilovers that i bought used, in the middle of the install i realized that im forgetting a nut for the coilover, the nut is m12x1.25. went to lowes, home depot, autozone, and o'reilly, non of the stores had the size nut i was looking for, called nissan they said they need to special order the bolt. my friend looked where to buy m12x1.25, apparently wrx wheel lugs are m12x1.25, i had a set of 2010 wrx wheels lugs at home. went home and test fitted them and it worked. just though id share this with everyone if it hasnt been shared already.

I wouldn't use a wheel stud, usually its tapered, should be a flanged nut or nut and washer and most importantly it should be a "prevailing torque", "stover" , "Top lock" nut...
those are the 3 names ive seen for them, but they are pretty much top thread pinched metal lock nuts...i mention this in the suspension 101 thread.
aside from size, it should also be 10.9 grade and zinc coated.
try fastenal or any other specialty fastener company.
