Default spring rates for r compound tires

curious on the recommended spring rates to take full advantage of R compound tires specifically toyo r888, for track day/ canyon use

700 front and rear is a good starting point, basically the same as Nismo T2 springs.

10.5 squared stance, spl everything, about two years ago i was convinced to go with stance true gr+pro coils im up grading in December, to something more tack worthy looking at zeal or AST,

experience is moderate ive had about 6 track days altogether 2 lessons and a lot of canyon carving

I'd rather have single or double, non remote MCS's in the price range you are talking above. I wouldn't want AST's. Don't have any experience with Zeal. Will this car have aero?
