Default Pulling to one side after Alignment. Help!

I did my alignment last week because I got my tires. Now, My car is pulling to the right side a lot after the alignment. Should I change it back to the way it was before?

I was driving with my new tires before the alignment and I don't have any problems with it.

Alignment shop sent me an email. It's going to cost me a lot and I don't know what is the better way to get it fix. Hope you guys can help me out.

"In order to get everything to be correct you will need a few things.

1. SPC Rear Toe Bolt
2. SPC Front camber/caster arms

Your rear toe bolt on passenger side is maxed out. If I corrected the camber then the toe would be out of spec. The only way to fix this is to get SPC Toe bolt so we can gain more toe adjustment.

In regards to the front your passenger side caster is non adjustable and out of spec. The only way to fix this is to replace the upper control arm which will give you camber and caster adjustment."
