Are these allignment numbers normal?

Okay yeah the tires are brand new so that could be a cause

Milage?? Check your rear subframe bushings, front lca bushings and compression rod bushings. If they are stock then I am willing to bet some or all are blown

Your alignment is fine, ideally you would get front control arms to adjust the camber to be the same on both sides. However that will not cause the abnormal handling you are feeling.

Based on my own personal experiene and trying different alignments, checking shocks, bushings, wheel bearings, etc. here is my guess as to what you are feeling: aftermarket rear camber arms. There have been too many threads that I have found with the common theme of after market rear camber arms plus take a look at how solid the factory OEM bushings are on the camber arm. No aftermarket rubber or urethane bushing is as solid as the OEM configuration.
