Default LCA inner bushing help

Both of my bushings on the lower cantrol arm in the front (transverse link) have been destroyed and the control arm is now resting against the sub frame. I have some energy suspension bushings to replace with but wondering if anyone has a quick way of replacing the inner bushing without having to take off the entire arm?

Faster to remove the arms. You can remove the arm in 5 minutes

How are you able to remove it in 5 minutes? Do i not have to remove the whole strut? doesnt look like id have enough room to be able to pull it out with the strut still in place?
