Default dumb question on camber arms and toe bolts?

Whats up guys, sorry for the stupid question but totally new to the whole camber thing. Heres my problem... i am running a negative offset wheel with a slight drop on eibach sport line springs. I put my wheels on and was literally sitting on the fenders, i had a guy come and roll my fenders for me hoping that it would be enough but sadly it is not.. I can drive the car but at certain times still rub so i was hoping to run a slight (1 or 2 degrees) negative camber in the rear to eliminate rubbing. However I'm not sure how to achieve that, what exactly do toe bolts and camber arms do? do i need both? again sorry for the dumb question but didn't find anything useful when searching

OEM toe & camber arms are non-adjustable. The OEM bolts will adjust slightly but will not adjust enough to take you to -2*.

You need to buy fully adjustable toe & camber arms - I would NOT skimp on quality. Buy a high quality, name brand set.

I bought a cheap ebay variant and the locking bolt cracked after about 6 months of use - luckily my tire shop caught it. I bought a set of Stillen adjustable arms - they were not cheap...something like this:

spl , stance , pb max

these should easily give you 2, or 3 degrees of camber

yes...

the suspension is a rubic's cube...you change one thing and three other things change because of it...

$7 seems like alot to pay until you start chewing through tires at $600 per (rear) set...
