Default KONI Sleeve/spring question

Had a question about a KONI shock setup for road course use. I was thinking of converting my fronts to coilover sleeves and running a generic 2.5in eibach spring with rates of 450 front and 500 rear. I know this is on the top end for the KONI's valving capacity but what length spring would I need to run to achieve a 1" drop?

I'm actually going down the same road except I'm looking for around 0.5" drop.

Waiting on an email from Truechoice Koni here in the states for a quote on all the parts needed for a front and rear coilover conversion with pillow ball front shock mounts.
