Default Are the front struts on a 2003 supposed to look this crooked?

Backstory:bought this Z crashed and the front driver knuckle was broken in half, i replaced it and the rotor as well. However the strut/shock looks really crooked and im not sure if it also got damaged/bent or not. This is my first Z and first time changing/fixing suspension parts so im a noob, sorry. What do you guys think? (Front Drivers side) ( this pic is afteri changed the broken knuckle and broken rotor, however to me the strut looks crooked, but im not sure.)

Looks ok to be. An alignment should tell all

The shock itself looks fine. I am curious to see the upper control arm though.

I'd take it to a reputable shop and diagnose just to be safe. You bought a crashed car , gotta make sure exactly what needs to be fixed .

Yeah, take it to an alignment shop and see how it checks out. An '03 may very well need new bushings, especially on the LCA. Money up-front to get everything correct, but you'll save money on tires and have a safe car to drive.

from the picture..the shock/strut does not look crooked. it looks like the suspension is at a full droop because there is no load. Once the tires are back on and the car is on the ground the suspension in the picture will be more straight.

HOWEVER,

if the car was in an accident hard enough causing the knuckle to break..then it might sound like other suspension parts could of been damaged.

an alignment could answer that too
