Default Control Arm Removal

I just bought a 2003 350z that was curbed hard on the right side. I'm pretty sure the front control arm is bent. Having trouble figuring out how to remove it. Can someone walk me through it?

Need to know if the big brace that seems to block it from coming off needs to be removed

I have the bolts off. Do I beat downward or upward to get it off?

if you are most certain its the LCA. then removing it would be to
-take off wheel
-remove sway bar end link that connects to LCA
-remove the lower shock nut that connects to LCA
-remove the top nut on the lower ball joint of LCA (outer most bolt)
-finally remove the bolt/nut that attaches the LCA to subframe (inner most bolt)

I do believe that the W/K brace does not need to be removed in order to remove the LCA. only needs to be removed if doing the radius arm bushing or replacement.

Also an impact or air tool is quite useful for taking those bolts off. the top nut on the ball joint is a real pain and may spin freely if there is no load to push up the ball joint. Space is tight for that upper nut on the ball joint also.

You will need an alignment after toying with any front suspension parts
