Question Gt-R Springs on a Z?

My old bosses husband owned a GT-R (2011 to my recollection) he was changing out his springs with some after market racing springs and offered to let me take the springs off of him. I'm now at a loss. I'm not sure if they will fit on the Z and every shop I have called and gotten in contact with can't seem to tell me either. I am sure there is someone in this world who has thought of this, but I can't seem to find it on the forum anywhere, and before you ask yes I used the search bar. So if any of you can shed some light on this, or can direct me to a link that can help? Thank you so much in advance; you guys rock!

Why? Let's just ask why would you even want to. Even if they fit it would probably raise the car cause it's so much lighter

Thats a solid question, I got so concerned with wether or not I could I didn't ask myself if I should. But honestly do you think it would raise my ride height that much? The GT-R is only around 300 lbs heavier?
350Z(2008)- 3,339 to 3,602 lbs
GT-R (2011)- 3,911 to 3,933 lbs
According to google

Going to say no based on a simple part number lookup for a set of like-for-like (Eibach ProKit to Eibach ProKit for example) spring sets for Z and GTR. They don't jibe.

Of course, this isn't definitive. Only way to know for sure is to measure the springs both from physical size and spring rate (using a press to measure compression and rebound rates at 1" deflection) and compare.

Too much unknown and excessive work IMO for a set of springs, particularly when a good, KNOWN set of springs made for a Z are cheap; ranging from $125 to $350. Nothing, in the grand scheme of things.

And by the way, 300# is a pretty big delta in terms of suspension design. Almost 10% weight differential.

I'd imagine even if they did fit, the springs would be quite a bit stiffer and the suspension would be underdamped. Might make the ride bouncy.
