Exclamation Tein Springs+HP Blue Shocks Fitment Issue

The rear suspension sits perfectly fine, however the front is not lining up correctly. It seems to be the springs as when I put on the stock spring onto the shock, it fits. With the tein springs installed, the top of the shock(the 3 studs) don't even come close to fitting into the car.

Simply Put: The Tein Springs are slightly longer, which makes the top hat about an inch off of the holes.

Hopefully these pictures will help explain my issue and I'm hoping i'm missing something extremely simple here.

Remove spring compresser , install by hand. Take apart the upper spring seat and align it before you put the top hat on

Here are some better pictures. I took off the top hat and readjusted to assure the spring lined up correctly with the top and bottom. I'm still having the same problem.

Edit: It as if the Tein spring is slightly too short in length on top. If I were to leave about an inch gap in the spring seat, it would fit.
