Question Akebono kit install from Z1

Got all my other stuff done, so I'm tackling this next. I got instructions and a parts bag for the fronts. But I didn't get anything for the rears. Just calipers and rotors. Looks like it could potentially just bolt up with the dust shield trimmed. Anyone else with this kit care to chime in?

I didn't get the parts kit from Z1, but I believe the rears bolt right up (obviously the dust shield needs to be trimmed)

Yeah it looks close from eyeballing it. But I couldn't find anything and Z1 won't respond unfortunately.

The rears will bolt right up. If I remember correctly, you might need shorter bolts for the rear (your kit should've come with that). Only the front calipers need the additional brackets

I followed this DYI - its pretty straight forward, trim the rear shields and the calipers bolt right up. I used the CZP kit plus also switched over to SS lines at the same time.

I'm running EBC Blue pads and Centric slotted rotors these days for track days. They now have 2 piece front rotors available so I'll switch to them when needed.

Thanks for the info. Also doing stainless lines at the same time.
I don't like following DIYs, I can usually find a better way to do it lol
