Default Knocking Noise in Front Left Suspension Area

I have a completely stock (not for long hopefully) 08' Enthusiast 350z that I recently purchased, and last night as I was driving home I started to hear a knocking noise coming from the front drivers side suspension. It sounds as if you are driving on cobblestone or on a wooden boardwalk. This morning I tried to get a look behind the wheel but I could barely see anything. Tomorrow I'm getting some jacks so I should be able to get the wheels off and see what's up.

I'm pretty new to the whole car scene in general, so excuse me if my question is pretty newbie / an easy fix. Before my Z I drove a Volvo that I never bothered to learn how to fix, just took it to a mechanic. Hoping it's just a bushing or something cheap. If anyone could tell me what to look for I would appreciate it. Thanks for the help!

Check the upper control arm ball joint nut. There was a TSB for it at one point.

Check the end links on the sway bars. Both sides of mine came loose/off at one point and made a knocking noise like you describe.
