Default How to rear toe

My rear tires on my 2003 are toeing in because the car is lowered. I'm lowered 1.5 inches on shorter springs. I ordered a camber kit, and I'm just wondering if that would be enough to fix the toe? I've seen that you can use cam bolts but many people say they slip a lot. I was going to buy a toe arm but the description always says to only use it with a true coilover suspension

Buy the toe bolts, lockout plates and install or you'll pay for 2 alignments
