Default Nismo = SPL?

Just stumbled on the new Nismo front and rear camber arms over at Z1. They look suspiciously alike the new version of SPL parts.
Am I on to something here? The only difference I can see is color and branding, other than that...

For example:
https://www.z1motorsports.com/suspen...s-p-13403.html
vs
https://www.z1motorsports.com/suspen...s-p-13004.html

Fronts are the same, toe bars are the same, toe links with spring cups are the same, tie rod ends, sway bar links and so on.
Is there any difference other than the price?

There are even some repeated parts of the description. Since the pictures look the same I'm guessing you're paying for the name.

Probably a licensing agreement of some sort. Smart of NISMO to team up with SPL.
