Thoughts on rake?
2008 Z that's mostly street driven with some DEs, recently bought Ohlins Road and Track coilovers (so far so good, will probably do a more in depth review once I put them through an event). Setting the coilovers as suggested by Ohlins puts you ~20mm lowered front and rear, keeping the stock rake. However I had to raise the front up ~10mm to avoid rubbing (265/35/18 on 9.5" +15mm front wheel/tire) putting the car approximately 10mm lowered front and 20mm lowered rear from stock, losing some of the rake built in on this platform.
Most likely going to keep the height as is for now, as raising the rears on the Ohlins will lose some droop travel, though not a big amount. (The front on the Ohlins have an adjustable bracket.) Eventually will probably get it corner balanced in the future, but just got me to thinking if there's any downside to having less rake as intended in the mean time.
