Default Brembo 18z 6 Pistons fit on 350z?

Hi,
I have a 350z 2008 Enthusiast with OEM Brembo gold.
I wonder if the Brembo 18z 6 pistons fits plug and play on my 350z with the OEM brembo brake discs.
Tks!

In a word, no. As I understand it 18Z calipers (Porsche or other Z car Brembo upgrade kits) require a larger disc, maybe 355mm or 380mm disc (or something in between; but certainly larger than Z33 Brembo rotors which are "only" 324).

Good news is a 355mm is what's found on the 370Z Sport and Nismo. So, if you upgrade to the Sport/Nismo brake rotor size and can find separate adapter brackets (may have to buy whole Brembo kit) to mount up the Brembos, it'd probably work. But I'm NOT sure if the 6-piston Brembos found in the typical conversion kits - that have been around for years - are actually the 18Z caliper. They might be similar but the contours may not be what's sold in the kits.

Also, there's the issue of wheel clearance. Guessing you're going to need a very concave wheel for spoke clearance and with big diameter, designed with BBK in mind to avoid barrel contact.

Six pot calipers may require a bigger master cylinder too, worth checking.

There's a guy on FB that sells an adapter that fits with 17z/18z Brembos if you use the 370z sport 350mm rotors.

Search for BBK Adapters by ECP.

This would be my pick.

Already made and tested for our chassis. Works with our Brembo master cylinder.

For what it's worth, I run a Wilwood 6-piston setup with my non-Brembo master cylinder without issue.
