Hello guys, I need help with ordering ball joints for my 2008 350Z. I know that there is a problem with them, I know that people buy whole arms just to replace the ball joint BUT is there actually any other way to do that?

I've seen that there are bigger ones and smaller ones



I've contacted conceptzperformance and they told me that this is what I need: CZP Front Knuckle Lower Control Arm Ball Joint w/ Seat - Nissan 350Z 05-08 / Infiniti G35 05-06 Sedan, 05-07 Coupe RWD 1010163-S5 - Concept Z Performance

But I dont belive them Can you please check that? Or maybe you have some other advices?

 

Your best bet is just to get the OEM knuckle/ball joint assembly. They are pricey but much better and more reliable than any other ball joints. I bought the ball joints from Z1 and they failed and started to leak within 6 months.

Part numbers for HR:
Left knuckle/ball joint: 40015-AL55J
Right knuckle/ball joint: 40014-AL55J

For the ball joints themselves, you'll have to buy the seat, pin/cotter key, and nut separately.

You can buy these OEM parts from Z1 or CZP, but i'd recommend nengun or amayama for the best price.
