Identify this Bilstein suspension?

Identify this Bilstein suspension?
Need help identifying this suspension. I googled the part #s and was not able to find much.
even called Bilstein and he said that part # ties to an OEM product. So it came on a vehicle from the factory according to him.
to my knowledge - no z33 came from factory with bilstein shocks?
He did confirm they are for Nissan 350z.
Did certain jdm spec vehicles possibly get these?
any info is great!
